[...] Sometimes, a client wants to or needs to understand more of the actual situation in which they chose to believe the negative thought. So in that case, we do a Past Life Journey, in which the client is guided back in time to re-visit the event, and we resolve any unresolved feelings, and identify any negative beliefs from that event, and release them. We may also release some Polarities if necessary so the client no longer see-saws between extremes. This is a little slower than Reprogramming but some people need this, and so it is one of the services that I offer. (It is of course also fascinating, and fun, to go back in time and really understand something, and to have a peek into our history.
