La Cornaline – Contrôle et Sérénité!

La cornaline, la pierre porte-bonheur traditionnelle pour le mois d’août, est un minéral rougeoyant, translucide qui varie dans la couleur de jaune clair, à l’orange, à rouge/marron. C’est une sorte de calcédoine – cette forme de minéraux des cristaux microscopiques tenus dans une forme de gel, qui se solidifient alors pour former des masses rondes. La cornaline est trouvée à l’état de galets polis et est coupé en cabochons pour les bijoux.

Les anneaux de cornaline sculptée ont été utilisés dans Rome ancienne pour imprimer des sceaux de cire pour les documents importants. La cornaline a été aussi utilisée dans les arts décoratifs dans l’Âge du bronze (6 000 AV JC) à Knossos en Crète, aussi bien que dans l’Egypte Ancienne.

La cornaline est un magnifique cristal avec des propriétés très positives et utiles – elle a tendance à ralentir l’énergie, en apportant un effet de calme, elle vous aide à vous concentrer et a une vibration douce et positive.

Relax, breathe, and imagine yourself before a counting machine.  The numbers go round and round.  You put fuel into the machine, the numbers go round and round.  Continue to watch and count for as long as you wish.  When ready, pull on the handle.  Then gently return, bringing with you what you discovered. 

Sandra came to me feeling life was heavy-going and difficult.  Busy with Christmas preparations, work, and other commitments, ‘I have no time to myself!’ she wailed. 

In a transformational healing session, it transpired that Sandra always maintained a mental list of problems, like this: ‘My biggest problem is my finances.  My second biggest problem is my relationship.  My third biggest problem is whether I will get a raise…’ and so on.  (Do you do this?  Pause a moment and reflect…) 

This ‘problem-oriented’ way of living effectively programs the Universe to bring you… more problems!  The Universe listens to your ‘problem list’ as if it were requests to Santa!  (‘Oh, she wants her biggest problem to be finances.  Ok!  Problems in relationship?  Sure, no problem!)  So Sandra was her own worst enemy, wishing negativity onto herself.

I asked her Sandra how her life would be, without problems.  ‘What would I do?’ she cried.  So, we need problems!  They make us feel useful. – even – safe.  Maybe we have also decided that it is not possible to evolve and grow without challenge?  So we have subconsciously decided that we need challenge, including problems! 

For a week, I suggested Sandra try a new game (you can try this too).  Make a new mental list:  My biggest problem is deciding whether to buy Hermes or Gucci.  My biggest problem is choosing between salmon or caviar.  My biggest problem is deciding whether to holiday in Japan or Norway.  Play with it.  Try it now.  You may find it brings a much more creative way of thinking – as well as a smile to your face!  It will actually expand your auric field, as you envision yourself in expansive ways, helping you attract those positive things. 

Sandra did try it.  When she came back to see me, she exclaimed, ‘I said my new biggest problem was deciding which perfect dress to buy my daughter.  I completely forgot about that, and then I did actually find two utterly perfect  party dresses, fabulously well priced, and spent ages trying to decide!  In the end I bought both!  I really laughed afterwards, at how I created the angst over deciding – all by myself!’  

So, Sandra got the point, as she demonstrated how the Universe does bring exactly what we ask for.  By doing the exercise, she overcame the financial problem – the dresses were an amazingly good bargain, well within her budget – but still had a problem – agonizing over which to buy! 

The next step in this change process is to let go of seeing your world as comprising ‘problems’.  I suggested Sandra try making new statements of ‘enjoyments’.  ‘My great enjoyment is my new Mercedes Sports’.  ‘My great enjoyment is my relationship’.  

Try this and allow yourself to expand into a new, problem-free zone!! 

Sandra also mentioned that she feels as if ‘a negative person is standing behind me, putting negative pictures in my face all the time.  It’s hard not to be put off by them and the negative consequences shown stop me from moving forward’.    I wonder how we can feel unaffected by the negativity of others, and continue to do our own thing and feel good? 

Relax, breathe, and enter a dark cave with frondy leaves.  In the cave, you meet your negativity demon.  Talk to them, and explain how you no longer need negative pictures in order to stay safe.  Tell them how much you appreciate their help, give them a hug, and let them know you require positive images in future!  When ready, gently return.

Remember that we are all creating our collective reality.  Whatever seems to be going on around you, don’t buy into the negativity.  You are your own positive world!

Feeling Ultimately Satisfied        by Jelila

Come on a Journey with Jelila now and discover how…

Relax, breathe, and imagine yourself in a cave with stalactites hanging from the ceiling, bronze and gold in colour.  Walk through the cave, breathing in the feeling.  At the back of the cave, you discover a well. From inside, a troll hands you a small box.  Open it, and peruse what is within.  Ask the troll to explain if necessary.  When ready, gently return.

What treasure did you discover?  And how do you feel about your own treasure – your own capabilities and creations?  Are you satisfied with your forms of expression?

Charles came to me feeling his relationship would never be quite what he wants, that his job would never deliver, that he would never feel the happiness he sought.  He was frustrated and unsatisfied with his creations, which was stressing him out. A capable man, successful in business and an accomplished musician, yet somehow nothing seemed to satisfy him – and he was worried that it never would!

All the feelings that we have about situations and things around us are mirroring the deeper feelings that we have about ourselves.  So in this case, what Charles was really expressing subconsciously, was ‘I’m afraid that I’ll never be satisfied with myself’. This belief was making him feel very stressed (although, in actual fact, none of these kinds of ideas are really real – they are just deep inner misunderstandings, causing stress!)

When you have a deep subconscious fear, you are unwittingly giving energy to the idea, and so the Universe sends you unfortunate events that reinforce your negative truth!

Charles was also concerned about what would eventually happen.  Now, as beings, we are eternal – we go on and on endlessly, expressing whatever it is that we want to express.  So Charles was worrying about a time that will never arrive – because the ultimate is infinity!  So there would never be an end to worry, with that belief!

I guided Charles to release this belief:

Ultimately, I’m never satisfied.  I’m afraid that ultimately, I’m never satisfied.

He smiled and said he felt much more relaxed.

Try this wonderful energy healing process that I use to help my clients.  As you do it, you may feel energy between your hands and find odd thoughts pop into your mind, as you resolve inner conflicts, and come to see experiences in a new light. 

Try it now:

Invite every aspect of yourself to be present.  Relax, breathe, close your eyes, and in one hand imagine a ball representing the part of you that feels or is afraid that ‘Ultimately, I’m never satisfied’.  In the other hand imagine a ball that represents the part of you that doesn’t.  Gently bring them together, and if you like the feeling, place it in your heart.

The Journey CDs may be combined for different effects, they range from 8 to 25 minutes to 60 minutes depending on the depth of the Journey experience.

Crystal Remedies by Jelila are 17 kinds of mini-pochettes of specially selected and programmed crystals by Jelila, each with a different effect such as Love, Detox, Abundance etc.  You may use them intuitively, placing them on and around your client during a treatment, for harmony and well-being. 

If you are new to crystal healing, you may use Jelila Crystal Remedies as an easy and safe way to begin, allowing you to promote your treatment as ‘Crystal Healing’ even if you are a beginner, because the Crystal Remedies are specially designed to support you and your client in gaining the best possible outcomes in the treatment, using the specially programmed crystals within them.  Crystal Remedies are safe and effective and easy to use, right from the start.

You may use Jelila Crystal Remedies in treatments and you may also prescribe them/retail them to your clients for home use.
